About the Team

SouthPac Projects is a ‘Client-side’ project management company formed in Fiji in April 2025.

 

As experienced Client-side project managers we know 'a little bit about a lot' allowing us to lead and direct projects and project stakeholders including but not limited to, Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Main Contractors, and Regulatory Authorities.

From appointing and managing consultant teams to directing on-site construction, we deliver controlled project oversight on behalf of our Clients.​​​ SouthPac Projects aim is to deliver our Client’s projects smoother, so they can open their doors earlier!

With years of experience employed in Client-side project delivery, we thought it was time we went 'out on our own' and formed a Client-focussed, culturally-centric, project delivery company built on 3 core values:

What we do, and how do we do it:

From budgeting to block laying, land surveying to lighting, SouthPac Projects take full oversight of project delivery. An example of our typical delivery model is as follows:

 

  1. We work with you on your design brief, Budget and programme to the point of agreed deliverables. These project scope meetings will also determine extent of any required consultant team inputs.

  2. Obtain quotes and/or estimates for every phase of the project. This is not limited to; project feasibility and due diligence, as-required consultant engagements, consent and regulatory fees, construction contractors and materials procurement.

  3. On approval of quotes and/or estimates and fees, contract and payment terms are then agreed. Your project cost-tracker is developed to help guide financial forecasting for the duration of the project.

  4. Depending on the project set-up, a project deposit to SouthPac Projects and/or to contractors may be required to commence sub-contractor and/or material procurement. We consider this a construction 'on-boarding' fee to get the project moving.  

  5. Following project kick-off meetings with all project stakeholders, construction will then commence in line with project programme. When reached, major project milestones will be acknowledged and celebrated.​​

  6. We will provide you with regular reports documenting project progress, programme updates and project spend-to-date c/o your cost-tracker.

  7. Project completion, including As-Builts (if required), product warranties, maintenance schedules etc. are all collated into one easy-to-read manual. Final payments can then be completed.

NOTE: SouthPac Projects does have strict payment terms due to our commercial risk we share with our talented team. Our consultants and contractors make themselves available to us, and prioritise your project, to ensure a smooth, mutually beneficial ongoing working relationship. We do see ourselves as one extended team committed to delivering on our Client's dream. We would be more than happy to take you through the SouthPac Projects payment terms at any time.​​​​​​​​​
